Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

The Supplier Quality Engineer partners with our suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet the high quality standards required for our products. This role supports the customer experience by driving compliance with industry regulations and internal quality policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and report supplier audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) generated from audit findings.
• Manage supplier complaints, including authority to quarantine or reject non‑conforming raw material.
• Maintain the quality document system and keep the approved supplier list current.
• Identify critical raw‑material parameters that affect product quality and propose mitigation solutions.
• Hold regular review meetings with key suppliers and promote continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and other relevant regulatory guidelines; auditor accreditation is a plus.
• Strong technical background or experience in an industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with basic statistical knowledge and problem‑solving ability.
• High attention to detail and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
