Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a leading mechanical & electrical (M&E) contractor in Mayo. You will own the end‑to‑end procurement, logistics, supplier management and inventory control processes that enable the successful delivery of major engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for materials and services.
• Manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Control inventory levels and oversee stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with project teams to align supply chain activities with construction schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain management experience, preferably in construction or M&E.
• Proven track record in procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cost control.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing supplier performance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing platforms.
