Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As the Supply Chain Manager at IDEX Pump Technologies Ireland, you will lead the planning and execution of supply chain activities that support production and customer demand for high‑performance pump solutions. You will work onsite in Shannon, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, cost efficiency, and successful new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning and execution to meet production schedules and customer orders.
• Maintain and improve forecasting models, planning parameters, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Manage material availability, demand fluctuations, and supplier issues.
• Support or drive S&OP/SIOP processes, aligning operational plans with business strategy.
• Review ISO management processes monthly and publish related metrics.
• Coordinate order acknowledgements and communicate changes, delays, or updates to Customer Service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex material and demand challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions such as customer service, operations, testing, and logistics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Knowledge of S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining forecasting models.
