Supply Chain Planner III-3

About the role

Integer is seeking a Planner III-3 to lead supply chain planning activities. The role requires deep expertise in demand analysis, master production scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand and develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Track New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external customers and suppliers to confirm production requirements and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with the customer operations team to gather accurate forecasts and integrate them into production plans.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and reduce excess.
• Utilize production data to identify trends, assess performance, and drive process improvements.
• Enter and update production plans in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Address unforeseen challenges such as equipment breakdowns, material shortages, or production delays with effective solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in supply chain planning and master production scheduling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
• Proven track record of leading low‑risk projects and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong awareness of industry best practices, competition, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, QMS).
