Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Planning Manager will lead strategic initiatives within the Global Planning team, focusing on inventory optimization and country‑level replenishment. This senior position ensures timely, cost‑effective product delivery worldwide while driving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory optimization strategies to balance stock levels, reduce excess, and prevent shortages across all country depots.
• Utilize Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) systems to align supply needs, analyze inventory trends, and plan material replenishment.
• Collaborate with HQ Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Zone Planning teams to synchronize stocking strategies and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and backorder reduction, working closely with country planning teams and digital supply chain functions.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with supply planning tools and strong analytical ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management, particularly inventory management and replenishment principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex products or supply chains in a global environment.
• Highly collaborative, team‑oriented, and comfortable leading cross‑functional projects.
• Advanced knowledge of planning systems and processes (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis) and experience with structured business processes such as SIOP, S&OP, or IBP.
