Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead global migration and offshore manufacturing programmes for our customers. Based in Dublin, the role combines office and remote work and will partner with design, manufacturing and fulfilment teams worldwide to drive growth and ensure on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and deliver international business growth opportunities through migration programmes.
• Plan, coordinate and manage end‑to‑end migration projects, aligning design and fulfilment activities.
• Collaborate with sales, support, global sales teams and external partners to define tasks, allocate resources and track schedules.
• Use data and insights to support business decisions and develop supply‑chain strategies.
• Monitor outbound manufacturing migrations, analysing pricing, margin and revenue impacts.
• Maintain accurate programme data in Avnet systems and produce migration reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply‑chain or programme management, preferably in a global context.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate pricing, margins and revenue performance.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
