Supply Demand Planner (18-month contract)

About the role

Apple’s European HQ in Cork is looking for a Supply Demand Planner to join the EMEIA Supply Demand Management team on an 18‑month contract. You will help balance supply and demand across the region, ensuring products are available where and when customers need them.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, finance and sales to maintain a balanced supply across EMEIA.
• Develop and execute inventory replenishment plans to optimise stock levels and minimise obsolescence.
• Lead production planning, aligning factory output with market demand.
• Analyse demand patterns and forecast trends using statistical tools and market intelligence.
• Coordinate supply movements between factories and regional hubs to guarantee product availability.
• Track, report and act on KPIs to continuously improve supply‑chain performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with partners at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and accountable.
• Experience in supply chain or an analytical role within FMCG or a similar industry.
• Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or related field.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
