Supply & Demand Planner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supply & Demand Planner to join a dynamic international organization operating in a fast‑paced consumer goods environment. You will ensure the right products are available at the right time by balancing demand, supply, inventory and service levels across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for existing and new products, consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing and other stakeholders.
• Support new product introductions, managing phase‑in, phase‑out and cannibalisation impacts.
• Act as a key interface between local and central teams to ensure an integrated forecasting and planning process.
• Participate in forecast validation against budget and long‑term planning cycles, continuously improving accuracy and service levels.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to demand planning, forecast accuracy, inventory levels and supply performance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Finance to optimise stock levels, manage obsolescence risks and support financial targets.
• Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning short‑, medium‑ and long‑term supply risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix and cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional Chinese language is a plus.
