Support Pharmacist – Dublin

About the role

McCartan's Pharmacy, a family‑owned pharmacy group operating across Dublin, Kildare and Meath, is looking for a Support Pharmacist to join its team in Dublin. The role involves providing high‑quality pharmacy services, supporting store operations and contributing to excellent patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, suppliers and the local community.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders and communicate with suppliers.
• Ensure all paperwork is up‑to‑date and that standard operating procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with store owners to support overall store performance.
• Perform additional day‑to‑day pharmacy duties as required.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience as a qualified pharmacist.
• Possess a PSI‑approved pharmacy qualification and be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
• Hold a BSc (Pharm) or MPharm degree.
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
