Tax Lead - R&D

About the role

You will lead the development and operations of a new Irish entity for a leading UK firm, focusing on R&D tax services. The position starts with remote work and offers the chance to influence future office location and growth areas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and operational set‑up of the new Irish entity.
• Oversee the delivery of R&D tax services for existing and new clients in Ireland.
• Drive business development activities, leveraging an existing pipeline of clients.
• Collaborate with UK functions to ensure alignment of processes and compliance.
• Provide strategic leadership across Ireland and prepare for future senior‑leadership team responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in R&D tax matters with a strong understanding of Irish tax legislation.
• Significant experience in delivering technical tax solutions in Ireland.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Leadership qualities with a view to taking on senior‑leadership team roles.
