Tax Manager – Boutique Irish Tax Advisory

About the role

An exciting opportunity for a tax manager or senior manager to join a boutique Irish tax and business advisory firm, providing bespoke tax solutions for domestic and international clients operating in Ireland. You will work with a team of chartered tax advisors and be part of a growing international network, gaining experience across a broad range of private‑client services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an income tax compliance portfolio for corporate and private clients.
• Review income tax computations and returns prepared by junior staff.
• Liaise with Irish Revenue on client matters.
• Research tax technical issues and draft advice on tax residency planning, estate/CAT matters, cross‑border issues, restructuring, and capital taxes such as retirement relief, business relief and entrepreneurs relief.

Required profile

• AITI qualified with approximately three years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong desire to develop technical knowledge across CAT, CGT and income tax.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships and work collaboratively with service providers.
• Independent working style combined with strong team orientation.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.
