Tax Manager – Dublin Accountancy Practice

About the role

Our client, a forward‑thinking accountancy practice in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join the team. Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will own tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio, helping shape the practice’s future while advancing your own career.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver tax compliance engagements, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support tax planning work and provide high‑quality tax advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Oversee staff allocation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the development of the firm’s tax capability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business owners, and key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with the tax partner to enhance service delivery and firm performance.

Required profile

• CTA tax qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Irish accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills
