Tax Manager

About the role
The Tax Manager will join a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial digital entertainment group and report directly to the Tax Director. This newly created position offers the opportunity to shape and develop the tax function across a global portfolio of entities.
Key responsibilities
- Group tax consolidation for global entities
- Prepare and file tax reports by country
- Tax accounting for balance‑sheet and profit & loss items
- Manage intercompany accounting and recharges
- Provide transfer‑pricing support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tax queries
- Collaborate closely with accounting and finance teams
- Coordinate with overseas tax and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with Pillar Two regulations
Required profile
- Professional accounting or taxation qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Comfort interacting with senior management and finance stakeholders
- Ability to advise on tax implications of business decisions
