Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a forward‑thinking accountancy practice in Dublin. Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will own tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio, helping shape the firm’s future while advancing your own career.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver tax compliance engagements, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Support tax planning work and provide high‑quality tax advice to corporate clients across multiple sectors.
• Allocate staff, supervise junior team members and contribute to team performance.
• Collaborate with the tax partner to strengthen the firm’s tax capability.

Required profile

• CTA tax qualification (essential).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Irish practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines with leadership experience.
