Tax Professional – AI Training Expert (Remote)

About the role
Ethos is seeking experienced tax professionals to help train a cutting‑edge language model on tax‑focused presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This remote, flexible engagement allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to AI development.
Key responsibilities
- Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated tax presentation decks, technical position summaries, and client advisory slides.
- Develop materials covering tax structuring, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communications.
- Provide feedback to improve the model’s ability to produce client‑ready, high‑quality slide content.
Required profile
- CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
- Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready formats.
Required skills
- Expert‑level PowerPoint slide creation and design.
What we offer
- Compensation of $80 per hour.
- Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more).
- Fully remote work with immediate start.
