Tax Reporting Senior Manager (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Flutter, a leading global gaming and betting company, is seeking a Tax Reporting Senior Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Reporting to the Tax Reporting & Compliance Director, you will work across the Group Finance, Group Reporting and other finance functions to ensure accurate tax reporting under US GAAP and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of tax reporting components and meet budgetary deadlines.
• Review and validate tax calculations for external reporting and internal forecasts.
• Prepare and review tax documentation for US GAAP and IFRS filings, including Uncertain Tax Position evidence.
• Collaborate with divisional finance teams to ensure accurate group tax reporting and provide training on US GAAP where needed.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks, and support external reporting disclosures (10K, 10Q, IFRS tax documentation).
• Maintain compliance with SOX‑controlled tax reporting environment.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or tax advisor with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and tax reporting (US GAAP preferred, IFRS sufficient).
• Experience working in a SOX internal‑control environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent and build relationships with auditors and finance partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
