Teach English in China – Graduate Program for Recent Graduates

About the role

English 1 is seeking recent graduates and early‑career professionals to join its Graduate Program as English teachers in China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering engaging, high‑energy lessons using the company’s award‑winning curriculum and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive English lessons for classes of young learners.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students improve confidence and proficiency.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.
• Utilise digital teaching resources and follow the structured curriculum.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Willingness to obtain or hold an ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) – sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in English language instruction.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools and classroom technology.
