About the role

English 1 is looking for entry‑level English teachers to join its network of schools in China. The position is designed for recent graduates or professionals transitioning into education and includes full training, a ready‑made curriculum, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to learners aged 3–16 in an interactive classroom environment.
• Deliver high‑energy lessons using English 1’s award‑winning curriculum and digital teaching tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence in their English skills.
• Participate in school events, cultural activities, and student engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport and clean background check.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus; sponsorship is available.
