Team Lead – Residential Community Services

About the role

Camphill Communities of Ireland is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for its Grangebeg community in Dunlavin. You will manage a residential and day‑service setting, supporting adults with physical, intellectual disabilities and autism to live a normal, fulfilling life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring high‑quality support for residents and day‑attendees.
• Oversee daily operations, including care planning, health and safety compliance, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication with families, external agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage resources, budgets, and scheduling to meet community needs.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 7 (BA) in Social Care Studies or equivalent health/social care qualification.
• At least 2 years of management experience in a comparable role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with vulnerable or intellectually disabled adults.
• Strong understanding of national and sectoral social‑care policies.
• Full driver’s licence.
