Team Leader – Claims (Temporary, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic People Leader to manage a team of Claims Officers in our Dublin office. You will drive performance, ensure staffing levels meet demand, and champion a culture of open communication while leveraging AI and data‑driven tools.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Claims Officers.
• Drive both team and individual performance to exceed service level goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing to meet claim volume demand.
• Provide direction, insights, and coaching to remove roadblocks.
• Communicate performance, challenges, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Proactively improve customer service and employee engagement.
• Work effectively with AI, machine‑learning, analytics, and cloud‑based tools while adhering to data governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people‑leadership role.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven capability to motivate teams and lead by example.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, global, multicultural environment.
• Second language (e.g., German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French) is an advantage.
• Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
