Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our cardfactory store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a positive atmosphere, motivate the team and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and step in as acting manager when required.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales targets.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and energetic environment.
• Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to commercial initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication across the team and ensure store standards are upheld.
