Team Member – Airport Fast‑Food Service

About the role

Join a dynamic fast‑paced restaurant team serving travelers at Dublin Airport. As a Team Member you will deliver friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience in a busy airside environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest queries.
• Serve orders and monitor tables throughout the dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and reporting hazards.

Required profile

• Previous restaurant or food‑service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and 11‑hour shifts.
• Ability to travel to and from the airport; five‑year reference and police check required for airside access.
