Team Member (Full‑time) – Cornerscourt

About the role

We are opening a new Sprout location in Cornelscourt this summer and are looking for enthusiastic full‑time team members. As the face of the restaurant you will deliver warm, human interactions, keep the venue running smoothly and help create a welcoming environment for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, stock fresh ingredients and maintain the service line.
• Operate the till, assemble toppings and mixes, and serve customers with confidence.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe and well‑organized throughout the shift.
• Follow checklists to ensure dishes are presented and tasted to standard.
• Support food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Friendly, polite and eager to make guests feel welcome.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated to perform any task.
• Positive energy and a team‑player attitude.
• Good level of English for clear communication.
• Curious and willing to learn on the job.

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
