Tech Customer Support – Spanish (CL13)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Tech Customer Support professional to join its Sandyford office. You will work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, providing high‑quality assistance to customers by reviewing business data, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with client guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review business data according to client‑specified guidelines using internal tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving client policies and product knowledge.
• Advocate for the user community and communicate their needs to internal teams.
• Investigate and prioritize advertising‑related issues, escalating complex cases to specialists.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and continuous training programs.
• Deliver clear, concise resolutions and workarounds to the sales and support teams.
• Mentor junior team members and own specific product support areas.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess data and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule covering 8 am‑10 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internal data‑review tools and ticketing systems.
• Capability to troubleshoot technical problems and articulate solutions.
