Technical Customer Success Manager – Bilingual French/English

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Technical Customer Success Manager who will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our French- and English-speaking customers. In this role you will guide customers through the adoption and optimisation of Skyhigh Security’s cloud-based Zero Trust and Data Loss Prevention solutions, ensuring they realise maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with key accounts and act as a trusted technology advisor.
• Understand customers’ business goals and design tailored adoption and optimisation plans.
• Monitor solution health, conduct regular “health watch” reviews and recommend best-practice configurations.
• Provide guidance on DLP settings, component fine-tuning and overall solution optimisation.
• Proactively identify issues, communicate status and coordinate timely escalations when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric mindset and proven ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience delivering technical solutions in a SaaS or cloud-security environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
