Telehealth Patient Support Advisor

About the role

Coloplast is seeking a Telehealth Patient Support Advisor to engage with customers, assess their bowel and bladder needs and provide specialist advice on using medical devices. The role combines inbound and outbound calls, personalized guidance and continuous improvement of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to new and existing customers within a defined support programme.
• Assess each customer’s bowel and bladder situation and deliver tailored product and lifestyle advice.
• Generate comprehensive assessments and feed insights to Marketing and Management teams.
• Meet daily call and quality targets while maintaining high standards of service.

Required profile

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets/KPIs in a structured environment.
• Strong customer‑service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathy, patience and maturity when discussing intimate healthcare needs.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Results‑oriented mindset, comfortable with change and driven to succeed within an ethical framework.
