Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join a leading retail solutions provider in Citywest, Dublin. You will be part of a dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue through innovative retail product offerings and building strong relationships with retailers across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the telesales function, generating inbound calls via website and social media channels.
• Identify prospects, develop tailored sales offers, and manage the full sales conversion process.
• Maintain accurate sales administration, including order processing, billing, and delivery coordination.
• Track leads, calls, and conversion status, producing regular performance reports.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets set for the product range.

Required profile

• Proven track record in telesales, commercial or business development roles.
• Ability to own sales targets and consistently surpass them.
• Experience managing the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong customer focus with excellent relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including report creation.
