Training Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to design, develop and deliver training programmes that support employee development, operational excellence and workplace safety at our customer site in Longford. The role will work closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure training aligns with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with experts to create training materials covering operational, technical and safety topics.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Manage logistics including venue preparation, resource allocation, enrolment and record‑keeping.
• Facilitate classroom, practical and online training using interactive methods.
• Support compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and company safety procedures.
• Assist with audit, inspection and accreditation requirements, including ISO management systems.
• Maintain training matrices, competency records and act as the primary point of contact for training queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training coordination and programme development.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements in operational, engineering, construction or manufacturing environments.
