Transport and Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Musgrave is seeking a Transport and Warehouse Supervisor to organise and plan order assembly and transport from the Waterford MarketPlace site. Reporting to the Delivered Business Manager, you will ensure efficient delivery operations and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and logistics teams.
• Manage stock substitution, customer credits, and returns to minimise waste.
• Schedule delivery routes in line with customer orders.
• Support performance management and development of the order assembly and transport teams.
• Plan for promotional weeks and peak periods.
• Implement HR, transport, truck maintenance, and RSA processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading a team in a wholesale or retail environment.
• Proven resource‑management track record to maximise productivity.
• Strong customer focus with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
