UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join a major digital transformation programme. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, accessible, and user‑centred digital experiences while contributing to enterprise design governance and the evolution of design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of design governance, guidelines, and principles.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Facilitate the end‑to‑end UX process, including ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and design validation.
• Plan, facilitate, and analyse user testing, providing recommendations to improve experience.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of enterprise design systems while ensuring alignment with accessibility and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality digital products.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer delivering digital products for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design and end‑to‑end UX delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and written English skills.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems and design governance.
