Vehicle Handler

About the role

The Vehicle Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement, inspection and handling of vehicles within storage compounds and loading areas. You will manage a high volume of vehicles each day, ensuring accuracy, care and compliance with safety procedures while supporting the wider operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Check vehicles on arrival and dispatch, performing vehicle‑specific inspections.
• Move multiple vehicles between compounds, handling up to 60+ vehicles per day.
• Carry out stock audits and general maintenance of compounds.
• Maintain high standards of compound cleanliness and organisation.

Required profile

• Full driving licence and comfort driving both cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and up to six days per week.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a strong focus on safety.
