Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor will lead the material flow process in a regulated medical‑device manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and timely movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive maximum productivity of a 24‑person warehouse team while maintaining product integrity and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Implement and monitor 5S, health & safety, and emergency procedures.
• Plan and execute physical inventory counts and ensure data accuracy in the Inventory Control System.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and distribution functions to guarantee uninterrupted supply.
• Operate the plant logistics strategy and report performance metrics.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and promote a culture of compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Deliver training via the LMS and deputise for the Warehouse and Logistics Lead when required.
• Serve as the primary SAP/S4/Oracle user for warehouse and logistics operations.

Required profile

• Level 7 bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of people‑management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven team‑leadership experience, preferably in a unionised setting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.

Required skills

• SAP (or S4) ERP system.
• Oracle ERP (if applicable).
• Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Inventory Control System.
• Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery.

• Full‑time permanent contract with a salary range €65,000‑€75,000 + negotiable.
