Warehouse Operative – Distribution Hub

About the role

Clinigen is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join its Dublin distribution hub. The role supports intake, storage and dispatch of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice and delivering high service standards to internal and external customers. It is a full‑time, split‑shift position Monday‑Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, rotate and accurately record pharmaceutical stock.
• Support picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders with correct documentation.
• Follow SOPs, GDP guidelines and site safety procedures, including PPE, cleaning and pest control.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and complete administrative duties.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with HPRA and health & safety requirements.
• Monitor and report stock discrepancies, damages and stock‑out situations for root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Ability to work a split shift between 08:00 and 18:30, Monday‑Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
• Commitment to follow SOPs, GDP standards and health & safety regulations.
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy for stock recording.
