Warehouse Operator

About the role

The Warehouse Operator ensures smooth flow of goods within the manufacturing facility, handling receipt, storage, and preparation for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, complete required documentation promptly, and verify deliveries.
• Prepare products for shipment following written Standard Operating Procedures.
• Monitor and maintain finished‑goods stock, performing weekly cycle counts and reporting damage.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Process production requisitions and report any variances to the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety‑related procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Experience in a warehousing environment, preferably within manufacturing.
• Valid Counter Balance Forklift licence with practical experience.
• Current clean driving licence and age 18 + (required for shift patterns).

Required skills

• Counter Balance Forklift operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using computer‑based inventory management systems.
