Warehouse Operator

About the role

Join a dynamic warehouse team supporting Chanelle Pharma’s mission to deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical and veterinary products. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately while complying with strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack products and orders with a focus on accuracy and batch integrity.
• Participate in cycle counts and follow up on any discrepancies.
• Assist in Goods In, Returns, and other warehouse areas as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments and monitor temperature‑sensitive items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (clean‑as‑you‑go).
• Adhere to health‑and‑safety guidelines and use required PPE.
• Perform additional administrative tasks and support extra shifts to meet order volume.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated warehouse is preferred.
• Familiarity with EU GMP and US FDA guidelines is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Forklift or turret‑truck licence is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and with strong attention to detail.
