Warehouse Operator – Logistics & Stock Management

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse activities at Analog Devices. The role involves receiving goods, managing stock, and issuing materials to internal departments while maintaining accurate SAP records and a safe, organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods against purchase orders, verify deliveries and update SAP.
• Maintain accurate records of received items and issue spare parts, silicon, chemicals and gases through SAP.
• Process returned parts, perform put‑aways and manage stock movements using SAP Warehouse Management.
• Deliver parts and non‑stock items across the site as required.
• Support overall warehouse operations, highlight issues and ensure high housekeeping standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or 2‑5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, good time‑keeping and ability to work in a fast‑paced team.
• Clean driver’s licence and ability to operate warehouse equipment.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar warehouse management system).
• Forklift operation (licence preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite.
