Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

This hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor position is based at the customer site in St James Gate. You will lead the daily warehouse operations, ensure targets are met and maintain a safe, efficient environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound goods, container loading, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update internal/external stock reconciliation systems.
• Plan staff rosters, manage annual‑leave cover and supervise shift teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with production, STL, agency and client staff to optimise warehouse flow.
• Monitor condition of goods, prepare delivery dockets and prevent damage.
• Mentor and coach operatives on best warehouse practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
