Warehouse Team Leader – Night Shift

About the role

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee night‑shift operations in its Blanchardstown facility. The role runs a 12‑hour shift from 7 pm to 7 am, Monday to Wednesday, and is critical to ensuring timely, compliant handling of biopharma products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including planning and execution of inbound, outbound, picking and returns.
• Maintain accurate stock records in the WMS and SAP systems.
• Schedule batches and mini‑bags for clean‑room processing in line with EDD requirements.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and health & safety compliance are consistently met.
• Produce and distribute daily reports to the Packaging Manager and Key Account Manager.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, escalating issues as needed.
• Deliver training, conduct back‑to‑work meetings and support staff across all depots.
• Assist with KPI documentation, implementation of new work practices and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• High level of PC proficiency.
• Ability to work night shifts and travel between sites as required.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience with SAP inventory modules.
• Competence in operating counterbalance, reach and VNA vehicles.
• Strong health & safety awareness.
