Warehouse Technician – Pharma/Biotech

About the role

The Warehouse Technician supports daily warehouse operations for drug substance manufacturing, ensuring safe and compliant handling of materials, sampling, and shipments. This position works closely with the Supply Chain team and other site departments to maintain material availability and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute goods receipting, sampling (ANSI method), picking, kitting, and cycle‑counting activities.
• Manage outbound shipping, logistics, and dangerous‑goods handling.
• Support pack‑out of drug substance and document material off‑load checks on eLogs.
• Serve as a key user of the COMET ERP system (SAP) and the GLIMS laboratory management system.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and quality event investigations.
• Act as a qualified trainer for warehouse procedures and uphold safety/GMP standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with COMET (SAP) ERP system.
• Experience using the GLIMS laboratory management system.
