Workplace Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Workplace Manager to lead daily operations and enhance the employee experience at our Cork office. The role ensures the workplace reflects Cohesity’s values, supports productivity, and creates a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all workplace services including reception, food & beverage, janitorial, mail/shipping and office supplies.
• Maintain a safe, brand‑aligned office environment and manage space planning and seating assignments.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program and coordinate moves, adds, changes (MAC) projects with IT, security and property teams.
• Handle small construction permits, emergencies and communicate updates via Slack and email.
• Own the workplace budget, conduct fiscal planning, track expenses and ensure accurate accrual reporting.
• Manage vendor contracts and service delivery, conduct performance reviews and service‑level audits.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance on budgeting, cost control and contract renewals.
• Supervise vendor staff, schedule daily activities and provide training.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused, hands‑on professional with strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead onsite workplace services and facility management.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees, executives and external vendors.
• Experience in budgeting, financial tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to emergencies promptly.
