Accommodation Assistant

About the role

Orwell Healthcare is looking for an Accommodation Assistant to join its Rathgar facility in Dublin. You will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents across our long‑term care and convalescence units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, and communal areas.
• Carry out daily cleaning duties in line with established procedures and standards.
• Follow infection prevention and control guidelines at all times.
• Prepare rooms for new residents and support deep‑cleaning and waste‑management processes.
• Complete laundry duties as required and report any maintenance or safety issues to the Accommodation Supervisor.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work hard and be actively involved in daily operations.
• Good attitude and warm personality.
• Minimum three months experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
