Account Director – Early Careers Recruitment

About the role

As an Account Director you will lead the development of new relationships with organisations across our target market, helping them solve early‑careers recruitment challenges using GTI’s technology, content and tools. You will own the sales cycle from initial engagement through implementation, delivering consultative solutions that create long‑term value for both customers and GTI.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in the early‑careers talent space.
• Manage opportunities end‑to‑end, demonstrating GTI’s value proposition and securing mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, partnerships and marketing collaboration.
• Provide market insight to shape GTI’s approach and continuously improve the solution offering.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene and pipeline coverage of 3‑5× target.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver revenue growth.
• Track record of managing a predictable, high‑quality sales pipeline.
• Experience in consultative selling and influencing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial discipline and forecasting accuracy.
