About the role

Audi Wexford is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead its used‑car sales team. This permanent, full‑time position offers the chance to work with a premium automotive brand, drive sales performance and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the Used Car Sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage used‑vehicle stock levels and ensure optimal showroom presentation.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer process.
• Maintain showroom standards and vehicle displays to a high level.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Used Car Sales Manager or in a similar motor‑industry role.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Results‑driven, customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Full, clean driver’s licence.
