Account Executive – Dutch/Danish/Swedish speaker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive who is fluent in Dutch, Danish or Swedish to join a leading European financial services firm in Dublin. You will work with warm investor leads, understand their objectives and arrange meetings with regional sales partners, all without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound client interest and qualify their investment needs.
• Present the company’s value proposition to high‑net‑worth investors.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between investors and regional sales teams.
• Collaborate with mentors to refine sales techniques and achieve personal targets.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth while enhancing clients’ financial well‑being.

Required profile

• Fluency in Dutch, Danish or Swedish.
• University degree.
• Previous sales experience or a strong passion for a sales career.
• Proven ability to meet targets and work to objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

What we offer

• Base salary €34,500 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE up to €80,000+).
