Account Executive – Growth (Europe)

About the role
Learnosity is looking for a senior Account Executive to drive new‑logo growth across Europe. You will work at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical credibility, engaging sophisticated buyers in the education and corporate learning sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise accounts in the European edtech, vocational and corporate learning markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and technical validation to contract negotiation and hand‑over.
- Maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage and achieve an annual recurring revenue quota of $500,000.
- Develop multi‑threaded relationships with stakeholders such as CTOs, CPOs, and other senior leaders.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to refine target account lists and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling complex, consultative B2B solutions to enterprise customers.
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts such as API architecture and AI‑powered products with senior technical leaders.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding new‑logo sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the education technology landscape, including publishers, edtech platforms, and corporate learning providers.
