About the role
As an Account Executive on Uber Eats' Acquisition team, you will be responsible for expanding the restaurant portfolio across Ireland. You will work in a fast‑moving B2B environment, building long‑term partnerships with local restaurants and helping them succeed on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full end‑to‑end acquisition cycle – from cold‑calling prospects to negotiation, activation and early growth support.
- Build relationships by understanding each merchant’s unique challenges and aligning Uber’s value proposition with their goals.
- Manage a high‑volume sales pipeline with urgency, balancing quick wins and long‑term trust‑building.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to resolve onboarding blockers and ensure a smooth merchant experience.
- Adapt outreach tactics to market dynamics, continuously testing new messaging to improve closing rates.
Required profile
- Professional experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track‑record of high‑volume outbound cold calling and independent deal closing.
- Resilient, “go‑get‑it” attitude and ability to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
- Fluency in the local language of the market and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to lead negotiations and manage commercial terms independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
