Account Executive – SMB (France)

About the role

The Account Executive for SMB will manage and grow relationships with existing Docusign customers in France. You will combine relationship management with revenue expansion, driving adoption of the broader Docusign Agreement Cloud across a portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage programmatically with existing clients to uncover new use cases and incremental revenue.
• Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology and client success criteria.
• Position Docusign’s value proposition as part of the client’s overall business solution.
• Expand the solution beyond initial implementation and upsell additional products, services, and partner solutions.
• Process sales orders, facilitate onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, product, and marketing teams.
• Enlist customers for participation in Docusign and partner events.
• Provide accurate reports and forecasts for management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account information and leads in the CRM database.
• Act as internal advocate and escalation point to ensure customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven success in a SaaS technology environment with a track record of driving growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven setting handling multiple accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Individual contributor who reports to the SMB Manager.

Required skills

• CRM (experience managing accounts and leads in a CRM system).
