Account Executive – SMB (French Market)

About the role

The Account Executive for the SMB French market will combine relationship management with revenue expansion across a portfolio of Docusign customers. You will work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, driving growth and uncovering new use cases for the Docusign Agreement Cloud. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the SMB Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Engage existing Docusign clients programmatically to deepen relationships and increase incremental revenue.
• Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign’s sales methodology, assessing client fit and success criteria.
• Position Docusign’s value proposition as part of broader business solutions, linking benefits to client business challenges.
• Expand the solution beyond initial implementation, consistently presenting and upselling additional Docusign products, services, and partner solutions.
• Process sales orders, facilitate onboarding, and coordinate with professional services, training, product management, and marketing teams.
• Enlist customers for participation in Docusign and partner events.
• Provide accurate reports and forecasts for management.
• Maintain up‑to‑date account information and leads in the CRM database.
• Act as internal advocate and escalation point to ensure customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Proven success in a SaaS technology sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth within assigned accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building and account‑management skills.
• Comfortable handling a large number of accounts in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
