About the role
Building Staff Solutions (BSS) is a leading construction recruitment agency in Ireland. We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to own and nurture an existing portfolio of construction clients, conduct regular site visits and keep a strong pipeline of trades and labour candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with an established client portfolio.
- Perform regular on‑site visits to understand workforce needs and strengthen client trust.
- Manage candidates and clients across various trades and labour sectors.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and handle related administrative tasks.
Required profile
- 1–3+ years experience in recruitment, account management or a client‑facing role.
- Construction or trades sector knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable visiting construction sites and building face‑to‑face relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and a full clean driving licence.
