About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams. You will nurture client relationships, ensure projects stay on track, and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day communication and relationship management for a portfolio of clients.
- Write clear briefs and keep projects on scope, on time, and on budget.
- Coordinate designers, developers, and digital specialists to deliver high‑quality work.
- Report on results and lead regular client updates and reviews.
- Spot growth opportunities and add value for clients.
Required profile
- 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
- A calm, proactive, client‑first attitude.
Required skills
- Familiarity with project‑management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
